How to Redeem

At Alfamart cashiers:

  1. Ensure the Alfamart cashier system is online and connected to the internet.
  2. Inform the cashier that you will use an Alfamart Digital Voucher.

On the Alfagift App:

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Click "Checkout" to proceed to payment.
  3. Enter the Voucher Code in the "Voucher" field.
  4. Complete the transaction using other payment methods.

📌 Terms & Conditions

  1. The voucher can be used at all Alfamart outlets and on the Alfagift app in Indonesia (except for Alfamidi, Midikriing, and AlfaExpress).
  2. The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Ensure your total purchase is equal to or greater than the voucher amount (no change will be given).
  4. Keep your voucher code/barcode safe (screenshot it). Printing the voucher code is not allowed.
  5. The voucher cannot be used to pay for digital or virtual products—please check with the Alfamart cashier for more details.

Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Share the unboxing video of the product
  2. Access to our portal
  3. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
  4. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided

Additional Information:

  • We need minimum 5 working days to process your refund, replacement product, or store credit
  • You (The customer) need to bear shipping fees to return the product
  • You (The customer) need to bear the lost or damaged returns
