How to Redeem

At Indomaret cashiers:

  1. Ensure the Indomaret cashier system is online and connected to the internet.
  2. Inform the cashier that you will use an Indomaret Digital Voucher.



📌 Terms & Conditions

  1. The digital voucher can be used at all Indomaret outlets, except in Maluku & Irian Jaya. It cannot be used on the KlikIndomaret website.
  2. The voucher can only be used once and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  3. Ensure your total purchase is equal to or greater than the voucher amount.
  4. Keep your voucher code/barcode safe (screenshot it). Printing the voucher code is not allowed.
  5. Inform the Indomaret cashier that you are using a DIGITAL VOUCHER (not i-Voucher).
  6. This digital voucher can be used for most transactions, except for:
    - E-commerce payment
    - Postpaid Bills payment
    - Cinema voucher
    - Ticketing
    - Other digital/virtual products
  7. The Indomaret cashier system must be online and connected to the internet for the voucher to be processed.

Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  5. Send all items back to us using the label provided
