How to Redeem
Before redeeming, ensure:
  • You are logged into your Tokopedia account.
  • Your Tokopedia account is linked to GoPay.
1. Go to the redemption page: https://www.tokopedia.com/gift-card/redeem/.


2. Enter the Voucher Code you received from the link, then click "Check Code" button.

3. A pop-up will appear showing the amount of GoPay Coins you will receive. Click "Add to GoPay Coins".

4. Select a verification method and enter the verification code you received.

5. You will then receive a confirmation that the Gift Card has been added to your GoPay Coins or other reward points linked to your Tokopedia account.



📌 Terms & Conditions

  1. The voucher is a Tokopedia Gift Card that will be converted to GoPay Coins (1 GoPay Coin = 1 Rupiah).
  2. Valid for one-time use.
  3. Please note that the Voucher Code and its Expiry Date will appear on the next page—make sure to save it.
  4. Ensure you have registered a Tokopedia account and linked to a GoPay account.
  5. Enter the Voucher Code shown on the next page into your Tokopedia account.
  6. The usage guide will appear below the Voucher Code.
  7. Click "Redeem Voucher" below to claim the Tokopedia gift card.

Shipping & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
