CARA MENGGORENG KERUPUK UYEL MAWAR MINI :
- Sebaiknya dijemur dulu sebelum digoreng, agar kerupuk mekar dan renyah sempurna.
- Goreng seperti biasa dan sesuaikan suhunya, panas cukup, masukkan kerupuk, setelah mengembang warna pink cerah angkat tiriskan.
- Jika minyak kurang panas krupuk tidak mekar.
- Jika minyak terlalu panas cepat gosong.
